Online Reports
Print Out These Instructions
L’Bri’s online reports will
help you manage your L’Bri business. Now
you can check your sales numbers and much more on a daily basis.
These reports will be updated every business day by 12:00 noon C.S.T.
Here’s how:
Go to your web page page and
click on Backroom. Type in your user name (your user name is your web page name
without the .lbrionline.com) and password (your password is whatever you choose
when signed up for your web page).
You will then see Backroom
Options
- View
Your Downline: Shows the
Consultants in you organization and Internet customer’s data (name,
address, phone etc). You have two versions of this report to choose from,
Consultant and Customer. Note: Only Internet Customers show up on these
reports. Names will be
listed in levels – 1, 2, 3, etc. These
levels are where the Consultants and Customers are in your organization.
Example: Level one Consultant is a Consultant you personally
sponsored. Level two Consultant is a Consultant sponsored by your personally
sponsored (level one) Consultant. Level
one Customer is an Internet Customer of yours.
Level two Customer is a Customer of one of your Consultants (notice
the level two Customer is under your level one Consultant).
When you first click on View Your Downline you will see your
Consultants. To view your
Customers click on the Consultant button and the report will change to
Customer. You can also view
different levels of your Consultants and Customers by changing the Levels.
Change the levels from 9999999 to 1 and you will only see your first
level Consultants (personally sponsored) etc.
- Monthly
Pay Status: Shows your personal
sales, group sales, active consultants (qualified consultants).
This is the same report that you receive with your monthly bonus
checks. Your Monthly Pay Status report will only
show your numbers once you have $150 or more in personal sales volume AND
have earned either a Retailing Bonus or Sponsoring Bonus.
- Weekly
Pay Status: Shows your Internet
Customer orders and the commissions earned. NOTE:
The weekly pay report period runs Thursdays through Wednesdays.
- Managers
Report: For Managers and Executive Managers only – Shows all of you
downlines sales.
- Edit
Your Personal Information: This
area is for changing your web page name, address, phone number etc.
Whenever you make a change here be sure to re enter you password.
Otherwise the changes wont be saved.
- Look
Up A Customer: Shows your
personal Customers name, address, username, password etc. (alphabetized)
- Look
Up A Consultant: Shows your
personally sponsored Consultants name, email, address, and phone.
(alphabetized)
These reports will be updated
every business day by 12:00 noon central standard time.
The data will be for the month so far through the previous day.
Tips:
- You
can keep open each one of your reports at the same time by minimizing each
report.
- When
entering in information be sure to use the TAB key on your keyboard to move
to the next field, NOT the enter key.
- When
printing your reports be sure to set your page setup to landscape.
- Printing
the View Your Downline report may be slower than the other reports.
- If
you leave your computer for more than 10 minutes you will need to re log in
to continue viewing reports.
- Monthly
Pay Status Report: When you see
a level 2 on your status report that means the level one (your personally
sponsored) Consultant has not reached $150 yet for the month.
